Cellule-PRO — Legal notice & privacy policy

In accordance with article 6-III of French Law n°2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the following information is provided to users of this website.

This site is currently published by an individual during a pre-commercial phase (free, invitation-based BETA — no sale, no transaction). As permitted by LCEN article 6-III for non-professional publishers, the publisher's home address is not disclosed publicly but is held by the host. A dedicated legal entity is being registered; the full professional identification details (legal form, SIRET/RCS, registered address) will be published here upon its registration, ahead of any paid sale.

The publisher's role — software vendor, not a data host or processor. Cellule-PRO is delivered as software that you install and operate on your own infrastructure. The publisher is a software vendor: it does not host, access or process any of your data or your end-users' data. Under the GDPR, your organisation remains the sole data controller and runs the hosting itself — the publisher is neither a processor nor a host acting on your behalf, so no data-processing agreement with the publisher is required. Because no data ever reaches the publisher, health-data hosting certification (HDS) does not apply to the publisher; where relevant it concerns only your own infrastructure. This role split is confirmed in the commercial licence terms.

2. Intellectual property

This website, its content, the "Cellule" and "Cellule-PRO" names, logos, texts, diagrams and the underlying software are protected by intellectual property law. The Cellule-PRO software is proprietary and distributed under a commercial licence and NDA — it is not open source. Any reproduction, representation or distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

3. Privacy policy

About the product, not just this site: Cellule-PRO is a self-hosted, air-gapped microsystem. Once installed, it runs entirely inside your infrastructure with no phone-home, no telemetry and no outbound calls at runtime. We — the publisher — never receive, see or process any of your business data or your end-users' data. The statements below concern only this public showcase website.

3.1 What this site collects

This is a static showcase site. It has no account system, no analytics, no advertising tracker and no tracking cookie. Specifically:

Language preference — a single value (celluleProLang) is stored in your browser's local storage to remember your EN/FR choice. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Server logs — our host (Contabo) and CDN (Cloudflare) keep standard technical logs (IP address, date, requested page, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, on a legitimate-interest basis, for a limited retention period.
Email contact — if you email [email protected], we process your address and message content for the sole purpose of answering you (pre-contractual / legitimate interest). Email is routed via Cloudflare Email Routing.

3.2 Third-party resources

This site loads no third-party resource. Web fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono) and the visual-effects library are self-hosted on our own domain. No request is made to Google Fonts, any CDN or any external provider while you browse — so no third party receives your IP address.

3.3 Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights regarding data held by the publisher of this site, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).

3.4 Cookies

This site sets no cookie for measurement, advertising or profiling. The only client-side storage used is the local-storage language preference described above, which is strictly necessary to the service and exempt from consent.
